Digital Transformation has never been a hotter topic for the financial sector! Our CTO, Ian Glenn is a guest on the TechRadio podcast, where he speaks to TechCentral.ie editor Niall Kitson about digital transformation in the Credit Union sector.

Ian mentions the increase in demand from members for digital services, especially among younger
demographics. He says that there is now an expectation from customers for digital access due to the
rise of fintechs in the Irish market.

Ian also notes the importance of accessibility and ease-of-use of the cuMobile app, and how
biometric technology helps to make it more user-friendly and creates a better customer experience.
He discusses how the app is being continuously improved and upgraded as technology evolves, and
how Wellington IT is currently looking at rebranding the app.
